1) Fax card should be installed
2) Fax service should be configured and enabled
3) Neither Favorites nor DAB is configured as fax service defaults
4) Batch send should be disabled
5) Install print driver in PC
6) Select the Fax service in Services Home screen
7) Select Fax option
8)Select delay send
9) Set the delay as 20 minutes from the current time of the LUI
1) Open the word document and select print
2) Select print properties and select Fax from the job type drop down list.
3) Click Add recipient radio button and add name(Rajesh) and fax number(9127)
4) Select the print
5) Before completion of the 1st job send the another set of document via the same print driver and submit the job to same destination (9127)
6)Navigate to job status and select active job status tab 7)Wait until delay time and verify the output document.
8) Both job should paused in active state with status of "Held: Delayed Job".
9) When device reach the configured delay send time,1st fax job should start dial and scanned originals is sending to the destination. After completion of 1st job
10) the 2nd job should start to dial the destination fax number again and send the documents successfully
11) View the JBA log from the JBA Test tool.
12) Verify the following :
a) Verify if accounting information-avp is listed in JBA log
b) Verify if fax-destination-phone is listed in JBA log
c) Verify if jba-device-name is listed in JBA log
Verify that
a) User ID and Account ID should be tracked in JBA log.
b) fax-destination-phone is available to be viewed in JBA log.
c) jba-device-name should be tracked in JBA log.
