CCSFEAT8884 -When a job is finished (either when a job is completed successfully or aborted by the System or cancelled by the user), the system device can make accounting data of this job available to the External Accounting System, at its request. JBA is enabled on the device.
PROCEDURE:Run a successfult copy job. After the job has completed check the JBATestool by performing a "Get_Acct". Ensure that an entry was created for the job that you just performed. Run other types of jobs as well (scans, I-Fax, email, prints etc.) and ensure that the jobs appear in the JBATesttool. Also run a job and cancel it or cause it to fail and ensure that the failure is logged in the JBATesttool.
OUTPUT:Successful and unsuccessful jobs are captured by the JBATesttool and the details can be viewed by performing a "Get _Acct".
