PROCEDURE: <p>1.Navigate to CWIS-- Properties-- Login/Permissions/Accounting -- Accounting Method. 2.Select the edit box in the header of the accounting method screen that is in line with the "Method" label. 3.Select "Network Accounting" option from the drop down and select save button. 4. In the Configuration Settings select the edit link for User Accounting Prompts area. 5.set copy service to "Color Prompt Only" and select the save button. 6.Go to LUI Select Copy service. 7.Select Auto Color; Enter valid User ID and Account ID's. 8.Now select Black and White and Perform a Black and White copy. 9.Open JBA Test Runner Tool and select "Get_Acct" button. 10.Verify JBA job log in JBA tool.</p>

OUTPUT: <p>1.Prompts will not be displayed to enter the Copy Service and default will be Black and White. <br />
2.The Auto Color button will be locked and it should required valid User ID and Account ID. <br />
3.Black &amp;amp; White Copy job should performed successfully The External JBA Tool captured the b/w copy job and also captured Generic User ID and Generic Account ID for the black &amp;amp; white copy job successfully.</p>
