</li><li value="2">Go to Properties-- Login/Permissions/Accounting-- Accounting Methods-- Edit Accounting Methods-- Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-- Save. <br />
</li><li value="3">Edit Accounting Workflow-- Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Print Job. <br />
</li><li value="4">Edit Job Limit Server-- Print (<a target="_blank" href="http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx)">http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx)</a> as URL-- Give some value as timeout like 30 seconds-- Save. Note: Access Config Tool should be there.<br />
</li><li value="5">Go to Properties-- Security-- Timeout &amp;amp; Resume-- Set few seconds ie less than the time set for JobLimits for 'Touch User Interface System Timeout' -- Save.<br />
</li><li value="6">In LUI,perform a Print Job-- 'Authorizing' Screen is displayed each time with the corresponding Job ID. <br />
</li><li value="7">Do not respond to the corresponding print job from the lob limit server and Wait till the device can contact the job limit server twice as per the time out period set <br />
</li><li value="8">Once the device reaches configured time out period check if "Communication Error" screen is displayed<br />
</li><li value="9">Make no change in the LUI</li></ol>

<ol><li value="1">Communication Error screen should be displayed once the device reaches the configure timeout period 2. Inactivity timer pop up should be displayed on top of Communication Error screen when Inactivity timer is expired</li></ol>
