1) Launch EWS and login as Admin 2) Goto Properties >> Under Login/ Permissions/ Accounting option click on Accounting 3) Select Network Accounting for Current Accounting Method and click on save 4) Select edit option in Accounting Workflow and for all the Job types with Dropdown Select Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage option and click on save 5) Select edit option in Job Limits Server (Pre-Authorization) and enter valid details for Server URL and Timeout fields and click on save 6) Configure Required settings for Email Receive including POP3 setup settings
PROCEDURE:1) Verify that in EWS only Capture Usage option is available for Email Receive Job type and "Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage" option is NOT available. 2) From sending device LUI select Email Service -> add a valid recipient which is configured as POP3 -> Place an original in either DADH or Platen -> select "send" button. 3) Verify that the scanned original is printed at the receiving device.
OUTPUT:1) Only Capture Usage option should be available for Email Receive Job type in EWS 2) Received Email job must be printed in the device without Pre-Authorization approval from the job limit server
