TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To check if device attemts to resend JobApproval() request twice

INPUT: 1. In CWIS login as Admin.
2. Go to Properties-> Login/Permissions/Accounting-> Accounting Methods-> Edit Accounting Methods-> Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-> Save.
3. Edit Accounting Workflow-> Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Copy Job.
4. Edit Job Limit Server-> Copy (http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx) as URL-> Give some value as timeout-> Save. 

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, perform a Copy Job
2. Do not respond to the corresponding copy job from the server and Wait for the device to contact the job limit server twice as per the time out period set 
3. Check if Job Deleted popup screen with cross button  is displayed in the LUI
4. Use the URL - http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServerPage.aspx for viewing the performed Copy Job. 
5. Select the corresponding Copy job,
Click 'View Details' and goto Job Communication Detail.
6. View the details under Server actions tab.

OUTPUT: 6. There should be two JobApprovalRequest entry for the copy job in the format 
"Received : JobApprovalRequest" under the server action tab
