TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To check if the device shall support job limits authorization for the scanning sub job type of Scan via API (including local and remote).

INPUT: 1. In CWIS login as Admin.
2. Go to Properties-> Login/Permissions/Accounting-> Accounting Methods-> Edit Accounting Methods-> Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-> Save.
3. Edit Accounting Workflow-> Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Scan Job.
4. Edit Job Limit Server-> Copy (http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServer.asmx) as URL-> Give 10 seconds as timeout-> Save. 

PROCEDURE: 1. Perform a scan job using API tool. View LUI.
2. Load the URL - "http://eipappserver1.sdsp.mc.xerox.com/JobLimitsTest/JobLimitsServerPage.aspx" to load the Job Limits Test Server and Select the corresponding scan job, Under 'Proceed State' choose 'Release' option and click on 'Submit'

OUTPUT: 1. 'Authorizing…' Screen should be displayed once the Scan job is submitted.
2. Job should get released after authorizing and get printed successfuly
