TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To check if the device is able to enable Job limits webservices via CWIS and also via SNMP.

INPUT: 1. Connect to the device with CWIS and SNMP via mib browser.

PROCEDURE: 1. CWIS: Go to Properties-> Login/Permissions/Accounting-> Accounting 1Methods-> Edit Accounting Methods-> Select Network Accounting under Current Accounting Method-> Save. 
2. Edit Accounting Workflow-> Change the Accounting Workflow from 'Capture Usage' to 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' for Copy services and save .
3. In Accounting Workflow change back the option of copy form 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' to 'Capture Usage' and save
3. From Mib browser again configure 'Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage' option for copy job using the SNMP values 

OUTPUT: 1.Current Accounting Method must be successfully changed to Network Accounting
2. Accounting Workflow for copy services should be successfully changed to Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage via CWIS.
3. Accounting Workflow for copy services should be reverted back to Capture Usage
4. Accounting Workflow for copy services should be successfully changed to Pre-Authorization and Capture Usage via SNMP using Mib browser.
