INPUT: 1. Login to CWIS with SA(System Admin) user

2. Set the password policy to High or Elevated

3. Create a local user with temporary password

PROCEDURE: 1. Try to login the CWIS with newly created user and check the expected result(1)(2)

2. Click "Cancel" button in userID page and check the expected result(3)

OUTPUT: 1. CWIS should be forced to change password for the user and it should be navigated to UserID edit page with warning message "Log in successful, but your password does not meet current device requirements, Update your password in order to have access to XYZ"

2. UserID edit page should be display "Save" and "Cancel" button

3. CWIS should not allow the user(by using temporary password) to navigate any other protected web page other than userID edit page
