PROCEDURE: 1. Login to CWIS as SA and navigate to Properties -- Security -- Password Policies -- Device Account Requirements --  select "Basic" from the dropdown of Requirements preset and click "Update" button

2. Go to Properties --  Login/ Permissions/ Accounting --  Device User Database --   Add New user --  give the new user name, friendly name and simple password (Ex.3456 or abcd) and click "save" button

3. Try to login the CWIS with newly created user and it should be navigated to UserID edit page

4.In User ID edit page, give the new password with any 4 characters

5.  click "save" and check the expected result(1)(2)

OUTPUT: 1. Password field should be updated  accepted any character

2. Password should be updated for local user
