INPUT: 1. In D3.7 LUI, Try to login a user with valid user name and password then note the logged in period(approximately 1 sec)

2. Login to CWIS with SA(System Admin) user
 
3. Set the password policy to High/Elevated/Basic

4. Create a local user 

5. Login with created user and update the password with current password policy(Ex. Password: Abc@123)

PROCEDURE: 1. In CWIS, give the user ID and password and click "Login" button. Check the expected result

2. In LUI, Click "Login" button and give the User name and password

3. Click "Done" button and check the expected result

OUTPUT: 1. Local User should be logged in successfully and login process of local user should be completed with in 0.5 seconds and It should be less than D3.7 MFP logged in time period((approximately 1 sec))

2. Logged in time period should not exist more than 0.5 seconds
