INPUT: Set the password policy to High/Elevated/Basic

PROCEDURE: 1. Login to CWIS as SA and go to Properties --  Login/ Permissions/ Accounting --  Device User Database --   Add New user --  create a user with valid password(Ex. User name: test, Password: 1234)

2. Login with created user and update the password with current password policy(Ex. Password: Abc@123)

3. Go to Properties --  General Setup --  Backup & Restore Settings --  Create Backup --  Create Local and create manual backup

4. Perform Altboot upgrade and Restore the manually created backup.

5. Check whether Created user and passwords are retained once the device comes to ready state

OUTPUT: Created user with password policy should be preserved across an Altboot upgrade
