PROCEDURE: 1. In CWIS Login as admin -- Go to properties --  Login/Permission/Accounting  --  Device user database 
2. Create a new user/ Select Existing user
3. Go to properties --  Security --  Password polices  --  Device Account Requirement page. 
4. Set "User Lock Out Period" to 120 minutes
5. Logout as Admin
6. Login with user with invalid password for 3 times. Check Expected result 
7. In WEBUI Try to Login with Locked user. Check Expected result 
8. In LUI Try to Login with Locked user. Check Expected result 
9. In CWIS Login as admin -- Go to properties --  Login/Permission/Accounting  --  Device user database\
note:if within 5 mins have to use diff computer (IP addr)to login as admin
10. Select Locked user for Invalid Login attempts and Unlock the User
11. Logout as Admin
12. In WEBUI Try to Login with Un-Locked user with Old password
13. In LUI Try to Login with Un-Locked user with Old password

OUTPUT: 6. User account should be Locked for Invalid Login attempts

7. In WEBUI User should not be Login untill "User Lock Out Period" mentioned in Device Account Requirement page. Its displayed the Error message as "Login is currently locked: too many invalid login attempts. Please try again later"

8. In LUI User should not be Login untill "User Lock Out Period" mentioned in Device Account Requirement page. Its displayed the Error message as "Login is currently locked: too many invalid login attempts. Please try again later"

12. User should be Log-in successfully with Old password.

13. User should be Log-in successfully with Old password.
