INPUT: Login to CWIS with SA(System Admin) user

PROCEDURE: 1. Configure the accounting method as XSA

2. Login as admin -- Go to properties --  Login/Permission/Accounting  -- Accounting method  --  Xerox Standard Accounting  -- Users & Limits (Add Import Export) --  Add New User and create new xsa user(Display Name: account and  User Name (User ID):user1)

3. Logout SA and try to login with created XSA user then check the expected result

OUTPUT: CWIS should not allow the XSA user to login
