TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate that User account is disabled (due to inactivity), when user Login with Temporary Password, its notified that user is disabled and informed to contact their SA to re-enable.

PROCEDURE: 1. In CWIS, Login as admin --  go to properties --  Security --  Password polices  --  Device Account Requirement page.  create an account with a temporary password
2. In Account Requirement, Set the time duration for disable the Idle user in "Disable account after period of Inactivity(Days)" and Update the changes

3. User Inactivity days reached as mentioned in "Device Account Requirement" page in CWIS. That Inactivity user shall be disabled automatically. 
4. After Disable the account due to inactivity. 
5. Try to Login CWIS with temp password. Check Expected result
6. Try to Login LUI with temp password. Check Expected result

OUTPUT: 5. In CWIS, User should not able to Login and Its displayed the Message as "Your account is currently locked due to inactivity. Contact your System Administrator to re-activate your account" and 
In CWIS, Not prompted to change the password for disabled user

6. In LUI, User should not able to Login and Its displayed the Message as "Your account is currently locked due to inactivity. Contact your System Administrator to re-activate your account"
