TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Validating Lockout Counter is reset to zero for every successful login

PROCEDURE: 1. Login to CWIS as SA and go to Properties --  Login/ Permissions/ Accounting --  Device User Database --   Add New user --  create a user with valid password

2. Navigate to Properties -- Security -- Password Policies -- Device Account Requirements --  select "Custom" from the dropdown of Requirements preset -- Password Requirements --  Select the check box of "Require Upper Case Character/Require Lower Case Character/Require Numeric Character/Require Special Character" and Locked Out Period is "60 minutes" then click "Update" button

3. Logout the SA and try to login with local user(what we created in step1) and invalid password

4. Again attempt with a wrong password

5. Now try the third attempt with a correct password and check the expected result(1)

6.  logout user and try to login again with incorrect password then it should fail on 3rd try and user is locked out

OUTPUT: 1. User should be logged in successfully and lockout Counter value should be reset to zero

2. Failed attempts should be considered as first attempt
