1.FDI should connected with the MFD. 2.User can login as Admin in CWIS. 3.Copy alone tracked. 4. Print driver should be installed in the PC. (Refer CQGbl00463659)
PROCEDURE:1.Navigate to CWIS -- Properties -- Login/Permissions/Accounting -- Accounting Method. 2.Select the edit box in the header of the accounting method screen that is in line with the "Method" label. 3.Select "Auxiliary Access Device" option from the drop down and select Save button. 4.In the Configuration Settings select the edit link for 'App Access and Accounting'. 5.Check the box for Copy (do not check the box for Printing) and select Save button. 6.Send a Saved job through Print Driver. 7.At the printer LUI -- go to Print From -- select saved job and Release the print.
OUTPUT:Job should be released without the FDI blocking screen.
